What we collect and why

SEO Core App stores and processes the information needed to run your account, connect your projects, provide SEO workflows, protect the platform, and support you. We use customer data to deliver the product functions you request, not to sell personal data.

How we process customer data

We process data to authenticate users, maintain organizations and plans, crawl and audit websites, connect keywords to pages, sync authorized integrations, generate reports, create AI-assisted SEO drafts when requested, maintain deployment history, diagnose errors, prevent abuse, enforce plan limits, and improve service reliability.

Connected integrations

Integrations are optional and depend on what you connect. Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 may provide properties, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, position, and analytics context. AI BYOK providers may receive selected prompts and project context that you choose to use for AI workflows. Deployment integrations such as the JavaScript snippet, Node package, and WordPress plugin use project tokens and approved deployment payloads to apply reviewed SEO changes.

Service providers and safeguards

We may use trusted infrastructure, payment, analytics, email, and support providers to operate the service. Those providers may process limited data under confidentiality, security, and purpose restrictions. We do not sell personal data.

Deletion and retention

If you need account or data deletion, contact [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit purposes.
